Directions from Melaque:
Once you are in Melaque, simply follow the main road in from the highway (as shown in the map below, you will pass the garden on your left) until you come to the last street on your left before you drive on to the beach. Turn left and follow the road until you intersect with a larger road with the restaurant 'Tequila Sunrise' on the left hand corner. Turn right and go straight as far as you can. Restaurant Maya is on the left side of the street.
Directions from Barra De Navidad:
Go to the highway and turn left. Continue a very short while and take the second street you come to on the left, there will be a large sign for Junior's Bar / Hotel. Follow the street all of the way to the beach, Restaurant Maya is on your left.
Directions from Manzanillo:
Drive North on Highway 200. The highway signs will list Barra de Navidad and Puerto Vallarta. It's about a 35 mile drive. You are close when you pass the intersection where you can turn left to Barra de Navidad. Continue a very short while more and take the second street you come to on the left, there will be a large sign for Junior's Bar / Hotel. Follow the street all of the way to the beach, Restaurant Maya is on your left.
Directions from Puerto Vallarta:
Drive South on Highway 200. The highway signs will list Barra de Navidad and Melaque. It's about a 135 mile drive. When you pass La Manzanilla on your right you are entering the last mountain pass before the Melaque area. Soon after you come out of the mountains you will arrive at an intersection where you can turn left to go to Guadalajara or bear right. Bear right to continue towards Melaque. You are almost there when you come to a 4 way intersection that lists Cuastecomate to the right. At this intersection you will stay on the highway by bearing left. Soon after you will see a green sign for San Patricio on the right, turn right on to the main road just after the sign. You are now on the main road in to Melaque listed on the map at the beginning of this section. Use the 'Directions from Melaque' to finish your long drive to Restaurant Maya. Don't worry, it's worth the trek!
